On November 15, 2013, at the invitation of President Wang Zhenghu of Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd., a delegation of seven members, including Chairman Liu Pang of Shenzhen Dash Intelligent Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002421), paid a visit to our company for business cooperation and exchange. In the morning, Mr. Liu Donghao, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and District Mayor of Chancheng District, Foshan, and Mr. Xu Hang, Member of the Standing Committee of the District CPC Committee and Director of the District Bureau of Economy and Trade, warmly received Chairman Liu Pang, President Wang Zhenghu, and senior executives from both companies. District Mayor Liu expressed his appreciation and recognition for Dash Intelligent’s long-term commitment to urban energy conservation and smart city development, and stated his support for Dash Intelligent Co., Ltd.’s entry into Foshan.

District Mayor Liu expressed his recognition and praise for Dashi Intelligent’s long-term commitment to urban energy conservation and smart city development, and pledged his support for Dashi Intelligent Shares Co., Ltd.’s entry into Foshan. Chairman Liu Pang thanked the leaders of the District CPC Committee and District Government for their business support and warm hospitality. At the conclusion of the meeting, everyone enjoyed lunch together at the Chancheng District Government Guesthouse. In the afternoon, Chairman Liu Pang and his delegation, accompanied by our company’s leaders including President Wang Zhenghu, visited Foshan Lingnan Tiandi, the under-construction Zero One Industrial Park, the Smart New City project, Dongping New City in Foshan, and the Guangdong Financial High-tech Zone. After the tour, the two delegations held an exchange meeting in the conference room on the third floor of Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd. Representatives from both companies introduced their respective company profiles. Subsequently, President Wang Zhenghu briefed Chairman Liu Pang and his delegation on the progress of the Zero One Industrial Park project currently under development, and warmly invited Shenzhen Dash Intelligent Co., Ltd. to set up a branch office in Foshan’s Zero One Industrial Park, offering all possible assistance. Chairman Liu Pang expressed great satisfaction with Foshan’s investment environment and expressed strong confidence in establishing a branch office in Foshan. He also stated that Dash Intelligent Co., Ltd. would provide every possible support for the Zero One Industrial Park in its efforts to build a park that is energy-efficient, intelligent, and uniquely differentiated. Furthermore, the two sides reached a preliminary agreement on cooperation regarding the Zero One Industrial Park’s U.S. LEED-CS Gold certification project, and expressed their hope to leverage the Zero One Industrial Park platform to strengthen their comprehensive strategic partnership. Zero One Industrial Park is committed to becoming a headquarters base and entrepreneurial platform for small and medium-sized enterprises, integrating industry, R&D, technology, finance, and incubation services. We believe that the strong alliance between these two companies will significantly enhance the park’s overall management capabilities.
