Approximately 60 mid- and high-level employees from Guangdong Lingyi Industrial and its affiliated subsidiaries across the country attended the conference. | To ensure a well-prepared overall budget for 2014 and achieve the company’s business objectives for 2014, the 2014 Business Planning Conference of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. was solemnly held from October 6 to 7, 2013, at the CITIC·Shanyuhu Golf Hotel in Foshan. Approximately 60 mid- and high-level employees from Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Company and its affiliated subsidiaries across the country attended the conference. On the morning of October 6, the first part of the meeting featured a presentation titled “Internal Cultivation and External Enhancement for Steady Growth,” delivered by Lin Yi, General Manager of Guangdong Zero One Industrial Co., Ltd. During his speech, Mr. Lin reviewed the sales data for the first three quarters and analyzed the discrepancies between the 2013 sales budget and actual performance. Overall, thanks to improvements in sales budgeting techniques over recent years, the gap between the two sets of data has narrowed considerably. On this basis, the fundamental principles guiding the 2014 budgeting process were clearly defined. In the second part of the meeting, Ni Xuefeng, CFO of the supporting company, presented the requirements for the 2014 budgeting work from a financial management perspective and answered questions on-site, enabling the heads of subsidiary companies and business units attending the meeting to gain a clearer understanding of the 2014 budgeting tasks. The third part of the meeting was led by Zhao Haijun, HR Director of the (Group) Company, who delivered a presentation titled “Performance-Oriented, Bottom-Up Elimination,” providing a detailed analysis of the 2014 human resources budget and performance management plan, thereby ensuring that human resources better support the company’s business objectives. From the afternoon of October 6 to the morning of October 7, participants were divided into groups according to different product modules and engaged in in-depth discussions on budget planning for 2014. In the afternoon of October 7, each group reported their findings to General Manager Lin, who provided detailed comments on each presentation, thereby further clarifying the budgeting tasks for each product module. With this, the 2014 Business Planning Meeting of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Co., Ltd. came to a successful conclusion.
