New Year Visit Tour—President Wang Zhenghu Travels to Changsha, Wuhan, and Henan Companies to Provide Guidance on Work

From February 25 to 28, 2013, President Wang Zhenghu of Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd. visited the Changsha branch, Wuhan Lingyi Company, and Henan Guangyu Company to pay a courtesy call on all employees of these companies (employees from Shijiazhuang Zhengshang Company also participated in the discussion at the Henan branch) and provide guidance on their work. Over the four-day period, President Wang engaged in extensive exchanges with employees from various subsidiaries through employee seminars, dinner gatherings, and other informal settings. He shared his personal insights gained from both work and study, and based on the specific circumstances of each company, offered numerous practical suggestions and improvement measures for the current management and business operations of the branches, thereby providing assistance and support.

Over the course of four days, General Manager Wang engaged in extensive exchanges with employees from various subsidiary companies through employee forums, dinner gatherings, and other informal settings. He shared his insights and experiences from both work and study, and based on the specific circumstances of each company, he put forward many practical suggestions and improvement measures for the current management and business conditions of the branch offices, thereby helping to enhance and boost operational efficiency. All employees from various companies actively participated in the symposium and interacted with General Manager Wang. General Manager Wang answered one by one the questions and suggestions raised by each employee regarding their work, studies, and daily life. He encouraged employees to work diligently, study assiduously, strengthen close collaboration with partners, delve deeply into their respective businesses, learn from industry peers, continuously enhance their professional expertise, and build a solid foundation for each company’s operations—taking each step carefully and steadily. General Manager Wang urged everyone to “set high standards for work and maintain low standards for life.” Every employee truly felt the pragmatic style and the diligent, truth-seeking ethos of the (Group) company’s leadership. Meanwhile, President Wang also made time during the trip to arrange meetings and exchanges with some of our partners and clients, as well as visits to several of our industry peers. He shared with his partners and clients information about the business status and development plans of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Co., Ltd. In turn, our partners and clients briefed President Wang on their current business collaborations with our company and offered constructive suggestions for our future business development. General Wang’s trip this Spring Festival was tightly scheduled and yielded abundant results. In addition, General Wang also plans to visit other subsidiary companies in the near future to provide guidance on their work. |
