Celebrating 16 Years of Success—Joyful Style: A Report on the 2012 Year-End Recognition Ceremony and Gala Dinner of Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd.

On the evening of February 2, 2013, to recognize outstanding achievements and celebrate the upcoming Spring Festival, Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electric Co., Ltd. held a grand “2012 Year-End Recognition Ceremony and Gala Dinner” on the sixth floor of the Heng’an Swiss Hotel in Foshan, at the Rosa Feng Hall. Attending the dinner were government leaders who have consistently shown concern and support for the development of Zhengda Machinery & Electric Co., Ltd., leaders from strategic suppliers and key clients, as well as senior executives from Zhengda Machinery & Electric Co., Ltd., including Chairman Mai Dazhang, President Wang Zhenghu, General Manager Lin Yi from Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., and General Manager Shi Hao from Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electric Bearing Co., Ltd., along with representatives from the company’s various branch offices across China.

| On the evening of February 2, 2013, to recognize outstanding employees and celebrate the Spring Festival, Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. held a grand “2012 Year-End Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner” on the sixth floor, in the Rosa Feng Hall of the Heng’an Swiss Grand Hotel in Foshan. The dinner was attended by government officials who have consistently shown concern and support for the development of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd., leaders from strategic suppliers and key customers, as well as senior executives from Zhengda Machinery & Electronics, including Chairman Mai Dazhang, President Wang Zhenghu, General Manager Lin Yi of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., and General Manager Shi Hao of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Bearing Co., Ltd. Also in attendance were employee representatives and family members from branch companies across the country—totaling over 500 people. At 6:30 p.m., as the promotional video chronicling the development journey of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. began playing, the “Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. 2012 Year-End Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner” officially kicked off. Guests from outside the company, General Manager Lin Yi, and President Wang Zhenghu delivered speeches one after another. Following that, leaders from the supporting systems, Zhengda Automation Systems, and Xinshang Systems—as well as Lei Yuqiang, Assistant to the Group President—presented awards to outstanding business personnel, outstanding support staff, and outstanding managers from each subsidiary company. The ceremony also announced the 2012 usage of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd.’s “Next-Generation Development Fund,” and President Wang Zhenghu was invited on-site to present prize money from the “Next-Generation Development Fund” to the children of the 16 winning employees. Chairman Mai Dazhang of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. presented equity certificates to the 11 new shareholders. With this, the dinner officially entered the performance and raffle segment. In terms of the performance program, the dance piece “Dancing Youth,” submitted by the supporting company, received thunderous applause as its performers delivered fiery and passionate moves against a backdrop of energetic music. Yuan Chao from the Bearing Company captivated everyone at the dinner party with his exquisite tenor rendition of “Family Harmony Brings Prosperity,” immersing all in the enchanting melody. The company also invited employees’ children to participate in the show. The “Kung Fu Ballet” performed by a group of young children was exceptionally innovative—combining kung fu and ballet in a harmonious blend. The graceful ballet movements paired with powerful kung fu techniques vividly portrayed the lively and interactive scenes of the children working together. The most breathtaking performance was undoubtedly the "Wing Chun Style" segment. Following the graceful yet powerful Wing Chun martial art, the stage seamlessly transitioned into the hottest and most viral dance craze of the moment—“Gangnam Style.” The performers included senior executives from the group, such as Lei Yuqiang, Assistant to the Group President; Gao Feng, Group CFO; Du Haiyu, General Manager of Xinshang Company; and Peng Jinsong, General Manager of Zhengyi Automation Company—as well as handsome “Uncle Bird” from various subsidiary companies, four stunning beauties from the “Dance with Youth” show, and adorable representatives from employees’ children. This ad-hoc performing team, with their lifelike movements and exaggerated expressions, brought the festive atmosphere of the gala dinner to a thrilling climax amid thunderous applause from the entire audience. Meanwhile, the on-site raffle featured numerous exciting prizes and a variety of thrilling attractions, creating a lively, joyful, and harmonious atmosphere that permeated the entire banquet hall. At 8:30 p.m., the “2012 Year-End Recognition Ceremony and Gala Dinner” came to a successful close, accompanied by the chorus of “Fly Higher” performed by the participants of the first class of the General Manager Successor Training Program at Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd.
