On the afternoon of February 2, 2013, the 2012 Year-End Summary Meeting of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd.—“Striving for Excellence and Rising to Challenges”—was solemnly held at the Jinma Cinema in Foshan. A total of 380 people attended the meeting, including Mr. Mai Dazhang, Chairman of the (Group) Company, President Wang Zhenghu, and leaders and employees from all subsidiaries under the (Group) Company. The meeting was chaired by Liu Bingbin, Deputy Director of Marketing at Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd. The event kicked off with the solemn playing of the national anthem and an inspiring morning motivational speech. Following the opening remarks delivered by Lei Yuqiang, Assistant to the President, Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd.

| On the afternoon of February 2, 2013, the 2012 Year-End Summary Meeting of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd.—titled “Striving for Excellence and Rising to Challenges”—was solemnly held at the Jinma Cinema in Foshan. Attending the meeting were a total of 380 people, including Chairman Mai Dazhang, President Wang Zhenghu, and leaders and employees from all subsidiaries of Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. The conference was chaired by Liu Bingbin, Deputy Director of Marketing at Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. The meeting began with the solemn playing of the national anthem and an inspiring morning motivational speech. Lei Yuqiang, Assistant to the President, delivered the opening remarks. Following that, Lin Yi, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., and Shi Hao, General Manager of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Bearing Co., Ltd., each presented reports on the 2012 work achievements and the 2013 work plans, respectively. This meeting continued to adopt a “dialogue” format in small groups, with employee representatives from various systems within the group taking the stage for collective discussions. The dialogues were conducted in three separate sessions. Specifically, the dialogue for the supporting systems was chaired by General Manager Lin Yi; the dialogue for the bearing systems was chaired by General Manager Shi Hao; and the dialogue for the automation systems was chaired by General Manager Du Haiyu from Xinshang Company. Each dialogue group had its own distinctive style, and members of each group actively shared their work insights, successful experiences, and future plans, bolstering the participants’ confidence and reinforcing their commitment to achieving their goals. President Wang Zhenghu delivered a speech titled “Opportunities and Challenges.” In a concise and succinct manner, President Wang reviewed the outstanding achievements and areas for improvement of Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. over the past year, and clearly outlined the company’s future strategic direction and key priorities. This year’s award ceremony was full of surprises. In addition to presenting rewards for outstanding individuals from their respective companies and teams for overachieving their 2012 targets, Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., its supporting companies, bearing companies, Zhengda Systems’ various subsidiaries, and Xinshang Systems’ various subsidiaries also distributed equity dividends to their respective companies and departments. These generous rewards have greatly boosted Zhengda employees’ enthusiasm for work and their confidence in the company’s future prospects, while fully embodying the company’s core value of “win-win cooperation.” After the award ceremony, the conference held a signing ceremony for the 2013 business responsibility agreements among the heads of various units. Finally, Mr. Mai Dazhang, Chairman of Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd., delivered a concluding speech. Mr. Mai encouraged all employees to study diligently and work hard, clearly defining their key priorities and areas of focus for 2013. Looking back on 2012, we worked hard and reaped abundant rewards. As we look ahead to 2013, we share common goals and a clear business philosophy. As long as all of us at Zhengda continue to strive diligently, endure hardships with perseverance, and collaborate wholeheartedly, we will surely “pursue excellence and rise to any challenge!” |
