In 1997, Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. was established. On January 1, 2000, the "Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical News" was first published. In 2002, Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical underwent a shareholding system reform and was reorganized into Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd., thus entering a decade of rapid development. This slim newspaper, the "Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical News," carries the profound industrial dreams of the Zhengda people and has witnessed every single story in the sixteen-year growth journey of Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical (Group). In 2012, in order to propel Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical (Group) onto the national and global stages and establish it as a “first-class integrated service provider of industrial products,” the Group registered the name “Guang.”

In 2012, in order to propel Zhengda Machinery & Electric (Group) toward nationwide and global expansion and establish itself as a “first-class integrated provider of industrial products,” the Group registered Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. as its flagship holding company. Lingyi Industrial will serve as the Group’s primary entity for future nationwide regional expansion. The company encompasses four major business segments: supporting systems, automation systems, new-generation systems, and mechanical & transmission systems, and has more than 20 wholly-owned subsidiaries under its umbrella. Lingyi Industrial primarily acts as an agent for leading international and domestic brands in transmission, automation, and power distribution products, while also engaging in R&D and manufacturing, system integration, and technical services. Starting from 2013, Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electric (Group) Co., Ltd.’s external development efforts will gradually shift from the previous “Zhengda Machinery & Electric” brand series to the “Lingyi Industrial” brand. It is against this backdrop that the Group decided, effective January 1, 2013, to officially rename “Zhengda Machinery & Electric News” as “Lingyi Industrial News” and to introduce a completely new brand identity system for Lingyi Industrial. The achievements that Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd. has attained today are inseparable from the hard work of all its employees as well as the strong support it has received from various sectors of society, suppliers, and customers. As a new platform for development, Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. will continue to uphold its corporate mission of “promoting technological innovation and providing sustained service to society,” and in the next decade—and indeed, throughout the coming century—will remain committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers, thereby fostering innovation and progress in China’s industrial technology sector. The following is a description of the brand upgrade from Zhengda Machinery & Electronics to the ZeroOne Industrial brand identity system. The new logo of ZeroOne Industrial has been fully and officially implemented as of January 1, 2013. The brand philosophy of ZeroOne Industrial: “Let industrial technology serve you.” This philosophy embodies the company’s corporate mission of “promoting technological innovation and continuously serving society.” Interpretation of the ZeroOne Industry Logo: The new logo of Zero One Industrial is an upgraded version of the original logo of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics (Group). However, it exudes greater solidity, stability, and international appeal, symbolizing that Zero One Industrial has inherited the corporate culture and essence of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics (Group), bridging the past and the future, and poised to embark on an even greater journey ahead. The logo is composed of the two digits “0” and “1,” symbolizing ZeroOne’s ambition to start a new venture once again—beginning from scratch, shedding unnecessary burdens, and striving to become China’s premier integrated provider of industrial products. It also embodies the company’s mission in today’s modern information society, where everything is built on “0” and “1”: to promote technological innovation and continuously serve society. The slogan “Let industrial technology serve you” also encapsulates the company’s core business, which includes product agency, system integration, R&D and manufacturing, and technical services. |
