The 7th session of new employee training at Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. has concluded successfully.

On the evening of November 13, 2012, the new employee training program of Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. officially kicked off in the conference room on the fourth floor of the group’s headquarters. This training session marks the seventh such program organized by the Human Resources Department of Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. since 2011. A total of 23 trainees from various holding companies under Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical—including Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Supporting Systems, Zhengda Automation Systems, and Xinshang Investment Systems—participated in this training. The new employee training program is scheduled for three days and four nights of classroom instruction. The teaching team includes President Wang Zhenghu of Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. and General Manager Lin Yi of Guangdong Lingyi Company.

| On the evening of November 13, 2012, the new employee training program of Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. officially commenced in the conference room on the fourth floor of the group’s headquarters. This training session marks the seventh new employee training program organized by the Human Resources Department of Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. since 2011. A total of 23 trainees from various holding companies under Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical—including Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Supporting Systems, Zhengda Automation Systems, and Xinshang Investment Systems—participated in this training. This new employee training program consists of four nights and three days of classroom instruction. The instructor team includes President Wang Zhenghu from Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd., General Manager Lin Yi from Guangdong Lingyi Co., Ltd., Director Zhao Haijun from the Human Resources Department of Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd., as well as mid- and senior-level managers from various relevant departments. The instructors provided detailed explanations on Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd.’s organizational structure, development history, market management system, financial management system, after-sales management system, office management system, guidelines for using JDE/OA software, and employee career planning. Through this classroom learning, the new employees have become familiar with the basic workflows of all aspects of Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd., laying a solid foundation for faster integration into the company and fully engaging in their work. During the training session themed “Knowledge Is Power,” President Wang Zhenghu of Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. emphasized and shared the concept that “success cannot be achieved without the accumulation of knowledge; learning is the source of entrepreneurship,” profoundly inspiring and encouraging all participants. On the morning of November 17, as part of the new employee training program at Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd., the company’s Human Resources Department organized participants from non-Foshan regions to take a tour to Xiqiao Mountain in Nanhai and the Ancestral Temple in Foshan. The participants fully appreciated the region’s iconic natural scenery and cultural landmarks. With this, the seventh round of new employee training at Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. in Foshan has come to a successful conclusion. |
