On July 4, 2012, Mr. Lin Bin, General Manager of the Standard Products Business (M3) at Siemens CNC (Nanjing) Co., Ltd., and Mr. Nong Keqiang, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Southern Region at Siemens (China) Co., Ltd., accepted an invitation from Mr. Wang Zhenghu, President of Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd., to visit the Group for guidance and support. The Siemens business within Zhengda (Group) was initiated under the leadership of Mr. Lin Bin, who at the time served as General Manager of Siemens’ South China region. Over the past several years, regardless of how his work location changed, he has consistently shown keen interest in the development of Zhengda (Group). Mr. Lin Yi, General Manager of Zero One Company, and Mr. Peng Jinsong, General Manager of Zhengda Automation, participated in the meeting and discussions. During the meeting, Mr. Peng Jinsong, representing Zero One Company, briefed the guests on the development of the Group’s Siemens business over the past three years and engaged in thorough communication and discussion with the guests regarding certain questions and challenges currently faced by both the company and the Siemens business in the current market environment. After the meeting, Chairman Mai Dazhang and President Wang hosted a banquet for the visiting guests. Also attending the dinner was Mr. Xia Xinjian, Sales Director for the Western Guangdong region of Siemens’ South China area. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, all participants deepened their mutual understanding. We believe that Zhengda and Siemens will enjoy even closer cooperation in the future.
