On March 21, 2022, Mr. Liu Likang, General Manager of the South China Sales Region of Siemens Digital Industries (DI) China Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Siemens”), Mr. Song Dejie, General Manager of the Western Guangdong Sales Area within the South China Sales Region, Mr. Zhang Qi, Sales Director of the MC GMC BU PSS in the South China Region, Mr. Zhu Yaodong, Sales Director of the MC LVM BU PSS in the South China Region, Mr. Liu Hongwen, Sales Director of the PA BU PSS in the South China Region, Ms. Geng Hui, Sales Director for the South China Region in the Agency Management Department, and Mr. Han Qiang, General Manager of the Foshan Office in the South China Region, paid a visit to our company for exchanges and guidance. (hereinafter referred to as “Lingyi Industrial”), Ms. Yan Shenghui, Assistant to the General Manager, Mr. Lian Canhuan, General Manager of the Siemens Division at Lingyi Industrial, Mr. Lin Chubo, Deputy General Manager, Mr. Peng Jinsong, General Manager of Foshan Zhengda Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhengda Automation”), Mr. Hu Qiuyuan, Deputy General Manager, Mr. You Rongzhu, General Manager of Dongguan Dasheng Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., and Mr. Lei Shengchu, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd.
As the campus blossoms with springtime beauty, Mr. Liu and his delegation from Siemens first toured the ZeroOne Science and Technology Park, accompanied by Mr. Wang, President of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics, and Mr. Lin, President of ZeroOne Industrial, among other leaders. During the tour, they learned about the park’s development philosophy and experienced firsthand the park’s “ten-minute work-life circle.” Afterwards, the Siemens delegation visited the company’s office areas. Mr. Liu from Siemens praised the company’s comfortable working environment and paused at the company’s cultural wall, where he gained insight into the company’s development and corporate culture through historical photographs and other exhibits. Finally, Mr. Liu and his delegation posed for a commemorative photo together with Mr. Wang and Mr. Lin and their teams.

Next, the management teams from both sides held an exchange and discussion meeting in the 11th-floor conference room. First, President Wang warmly welcomed Mr. Liu and his delegation from Siemens. President Wang emphasized that Siemens’ product business is a core component of the company’s operations, and the company has consistently invested significant human resources and capital in the development of this business. He then elaborated on the company’s business philosophy, highlighted the importance placed on young talents, and underscored the company’s commitment to achieving win-win outcomes with partners and employees. Mr. Liu from Siemens expressed his delight at visiting Zhengda Machinery & Electronics and Lingyi Industrial for this exchange. Following that, Mr. Liu shared insights into the current market situation, articulated Siemens’ confidence in the development of its products in China and particularly in the South China market, and outlined three key initiatives focused on ensuring supply chain stability.

Finally, focusing on specific business progress, both sides held a review and outlook meeting for ZeroOne and its key South China subsidiaries in the International Conference Center conference room on the fourth floor of ZeroOne Science and Technology Park. First, Mr. Lin Yi, General Manager of ZeroOne Industrial, introduced the history of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics and ZeroOne Industrial, as well as their corporate culture, organizational structure, business distribution, and the company’s development over the past few years along with its future plans. Next, Mr. Lin Chubo, Deputy General Manager of the Siemens Division at ZeroOne Industrial, and Mr. Hu Qiuyuan, Deputy General Manager of Zhengda Automation, each presented reports on their respective companies’ recent developments and market performance, future plans, and challenges they face. They also expressed their firm commitment to stepping up investment despite the current challenging economic environment, striving hard to secure more orders, and working closely with Siemens for mutual growth. At the conclusion of the meeting, Mr. Liu Likang, General Manager of Siemens, fully affirmed ZeroOne Industrial’s development and plans. He then provided on-site guidance based on the issues raised by Deputy General Managers Lin Chubo and Hu Qiuyuan, drawing on Siemens’ own situation. In particular, he offered clearer direction on several key points, including Zhengda Automation’s ambition to join the Platinum Club in fiscal year 2021/22, the need to strengthen independent customer acquisition in new markets and white areas, and the importance of not neglecting new customer development due to delivery schedule constraints.
