    Knowledge - Insight - Action

President Wang Zhenghu of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “President Wang”) shared his personal experiences with the trainees in a lecture titled “Knowledge Is Power.” Drawing on his journey—from graduating from university to starting his own business—President Wang explained, in a clear and engaging manner, the importance of lifelong learning. At the same time, he drew on the company’s corporate culture, including its “369” philosophy and the “721” rule, to emphasize that in both work and life, one must move from knowing to understanding and then to action. He also advised the participants to put forth extra effort in their future endeavors, to always consider others’ interests first when interacting with people, and to frequently engage with those around them who are more accomplished than themselves—lessons that greatly benefited the trainees.

If things don't go as planned, look inward and examine yourself.

Mr. Lian Chanhuan, General Manager of Siemens’ Business Unit (hereinafter referred to as “Mr. Lian”), shared his insights and understanding of life philosophy from the perspective of personal outlook on life, drawing on his many years of experience at Zhengda. Mr. Lian said: “Any life philosophy is the result of one’s own choices and efforts. Everyone has the right to choose their own life philosophy; however, adults must take responsibility for the consequences of their choices, while young people should firmly establish the right values of hard work and striving.” At the same time, Mr. Lian emphasized that we should practice self-reflection—looking inward for the root causes of our challenges—and letting go of complaints and negative thinking. Instead, we should engage in more self-examination, make greater efforts, and keep learning!
