Together We Thrive, With One Heart to Achieve Mutual Success—Mr. Kuang Minjie, General Manager of the Western Guangdong Sales Region for Siemens Digital Industries Group’s South China Region, and his delegation paid a visit to our company for guidance and inspection.
On November 9, 2022, a delegation led by Kuang Minjie, General Manager of the Guangdong-West Sales Region in the South China Region of the Digital Industries (DI) Group at Siemens (China) Co., Ltd.; Geng Hui, Director of the South China Region in the Partner Management Department; Wang Jibing, Sales Director of the Foshan Office in the Guangdong-West Sales Region of the South China Region; Tang Wenyuan, Senior Sales Manager of DS in the Guangdong-West Region of the South China Region; and Tang Dengfeng, Sales Manager of DS in the Guangdong-West Region of the South China Region, paid a visit to our company for exchanges and guidance. As early winter has just arrived, Zhengda Machinery & Electronics welcomed an old friend whom they hadn’t seen for three years. Accompanied by President Wang of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics and President Lin of Zero One Industrial, Mr. Kuang, the head of Siemens, and his delegation toured the company’s office area, experiencing its comfortable working environment and gaining firsthand insight into the company’s development and corporate culture. Amidst heartfelt exchanges, they shared stories and memories from the three-year period of separation.

Next, the two sides held an exchange and discussion meeting in the 11th-floor conference room. First, President Wang warmly welcomed Mr. Kuang and his delegation from Siemens. President Wang emphasized that Siemens’ product business is a core component of the company’s operations, and the company has consistently invested both human resources and capital in the development of this business. He also elaborated on the company’s management philosophy, highlighted the importance placed on young talents, and underscored the company’s commitment to achieving win-win outcomes with partners and employees. Mr. Kuang from Siemens expressed his delight at visiting Zhengda Machinery & Electronics and Lingyi Industrial, and shared insights into the current market situation. He conveyed Siemens’ confidence in the development of its products in China and particularly in the South China market, and outlined key initiatives aimed at ensuring supply chain stability.

Finally, based on specific business circumstances, the two sides held a session of exchange and discussion in the International Conference Center meeting room on the fourth floor of Zero One Science and Technology Park. First, Mr. Lin Yi, General Manager of Zero One Industry, introduced the history of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics and Zero One Industry, as well as their corporate culture, organizational structure, business distribution, and recent development achievements and future plans of Zero One Industry. Following that, Mr. Lin Chubo, Deputy General Manager of Siemens Business Unit; Mr. Hu Qiuyuan, Deputy General Manager of Zhengda Automation; and Mr. Lei Shengchu, General Manager of Zero One Transmission, each presented reports on their companies’ recent development and market performance, future plans, and challenges they face. They also expressed their firm commitment to stepping up investment despite the current challenging economic environment, striving hard to secure more orders, and working closely with Siemens for mutual growth. At the conclusion of the meeting, Mr. Kuang Minjie, General Manager of Siemens, fully affirmed Zero One Industry’s development and plans. He then provided on-site guidance on issues raised by Mr. Lin Chubo, Mr. Hu Qiuyuan, and Mr. Lei Shengchu, drawing on Siemens’ own experience. He offered clearer direction on several key areas, including strengthening independent customer development in white-market regions, enhancing mutual personnel engagement and cooperation, and further refining market strategies.
This visit marks the first business exchange between General Manager Kuang Minjie and Zero One Industrial since he took up his post as General Manager of the Western Guangdong Sales Region in Siemens’ South China Region. Through this exchange, Zero One Industrial’s team gained a clearer understanding of Siemens’ future development direction and areas for improvement. At the same time, Siemens’ leadership deepened their knowledge of Zero One Industrial’s corporate culture, business model, and five-year strategic plan. This exchange has further inspired the Zero One Industrial team to keep forging ahead, persistently expand its business, and move forward together with Siemens toward the future!
