In October, Shanghai enjoys slightly cool weather and is filled with the sweet fragrance of osmanthus. The first 2023 fiscal year distributor conference of Bide was successfully held at the Siemens Center in Shanghai. In addition to the main venue in Shanghai, this conference also featured numerous sub-venues across Jiangsu, Fujian, Shandong, and other regions, all conducting the meeting simultaneously.
On October 18, Lian Canhuan, General Manager of the Siemens Division of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd.; Lin Chubo, Deputy General Manager; Zhang Xiao, General Manager of Guangdong Zhengyi Sheng Industrial Technology Co., Ltd.; Li Jiajin, Assistant to the General Manager; Wang Yijian, General Manager of Chengdu Nengda Technology Co., Ltd.; Ou Wen, Deputy General Manager of Chongqing Zhengyi Ming Technology Co., Ltd.; Wu Yuhui, Deputy General Manager of Wuxi Lingdian Industrial Technology Co., Ltd.; Zhou Yue, Manager of Changsha Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd.; Li Jiajun, Manager of Jinan Lingjun Automation Technology Co., Ltd.; and a total of 16 representatives from various motor sales teams were invited to attend the distributor conference held at the main venue in Shanghai.
At noon on the 18th, major distributors arrived at the Siemens Center in Shanghai. Although the epidemic situation remains severe, the preparations were carried out in an orderly manner, allowing attendees to deeply feel the warmth and care of the host country.
At 1:00 p.m., the meeting officially began. First to take the stage, amid warm applause, was Cui Yan, Director of the Global Business Unit for Low-Voltage Motors at Beide. Mr. Cui provided an overview of the global economic situation and briefly described the global Siemens motor market to the distributor representatives.
Luan Zhiyu, Sales Director for LVM Asia-Pacific, introduced the overall situation of the domestic motor market and highlighted that the new IE4 motor model will serve as a key driver of business growth in the upcoming fiscal year. He encouraged all distributors to focus on developing IE4 customers.
The factory representative briefly introduced the status of LVM motor orders, deliveries, after-sales service, and quality.
Next, we entered the most exciting moment—the awards ceremony of the 2023 fiscal year’s first Beide Distributor Conference. After another year of quiet and diligent efforts, the trophies have finally borne fruit. Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. has earned the prestigious title of Beide’s Best Business Award, securing the top spot nationwide.
In terms of individual awards, among the many full-time sales professionals from Beide nationwide, Liang Zhisen from the Siemens Division of Lingyi Industry, Zhan Jianlei from Zhengyi Sheng, and Jin Siyu from Chongqing Zhengyi Ming stood out, each achieving first-place results in the second and third phases of the Southern Region Anti-Grand Campaign and the third phase of the Western Region Anti-Grand Campaign, respectively. Notably, Jin Siyu represented all full-time sales professionals nationwide by sharing her business insights at the conference.
Zero One Industrial and its affiliated subsidiaries have won the largest number of awards—and the most prestigious ones—among agents nationwide. This is truly cause for celebration! It marks a significant milestone of honor, reflecting Siemens’ recognition of Zero One Industrial’s achievements over the past year.
