Uphill & Accelerate—ZeroOne Industry once again leaps forward at the 2022 Siemens Digital Industries Group Distributor Conference.
After a two-year hiatus, we’re reunited in Nanjing once again—October, the golden autumn, finds us descending upon Jinling. In early autumn, Nanjing warmly welcomes partners from all over. Looking back at our past achievements, celebrating this bountiful harvest season, and envisioning a future of even greater leaps forward—the Siemens Digital Industries Distributor Conference 2022 has arrived as scheduled.
From October 11 to 13, 2022, Siemens Digital Industries Group held the 2022 Siemens Digital Industries Group Distributor Conference with great fanfare at the Shangri-La Hotel in Nanjing, in recognition of the outstanding achievements made by the top 100 distributors nationwide during fiscal year 2021-22. The conference’s theme was “Leap Forward—Uphill & Accelerate,” symbolizing moving forward against the odds and accelerating once again.

Chapter One: Team-Building Activities—Working Together, Accelerating in Sync
In the afternoon of the 11th, major distributors arrived at the hotel one after another to check in. Although the epidemic situation remains severe, the preparations have been carried out in an orderly manner, allowing attendees to deeply feel the warmth and care shown by the host country.
At 2 p.m., everyone geared up and set off, arriving at Xuanwu Lake where the dragon boat racing team-building event officially began. The four teams showcased their creatively designed team names, logos, slogans, and poses. Joyful laughter filled the air everywhere. After a brief pre-race warm-up, the four teams took their positions. As the referee gave the starting signal, the four dragon boats shot forward like arrows released from a bow, racing neck and neck toward the finish line. In the end, the winning team claimed the grand prize, creating a spirit of unity and camaraderie throughout the event. Through this team-building activity, all team members came to realize one important lesson: Only when every member of the team accelerates in sync can the team run faster and longer.

In fiscal year 2022, although the pandemic continued to rage, dawn was already in sight. The chip shortage and delivery challenges triggered by the pandemic posed unprecedented difficulties for Siemens and all its distributors. Faced with these challenges, we stood united, rose to the occasion, and overcame obstacles, forging ahead against the odds. Once again, we achieved our best-ever performance, demonstrating the mutually trusting, supportive, and mutually beneficial community of shared destiny between Siemens and its partners—as well as the powerful driving force behind our collaborative efforts toward common goals.
