From 2022 to the present, we’ve held over 40 sessions, totaling more than 300 hours and reaching over 2,500 participants. Behind these impressive figures in talent development lies your selfless dedication and hard work—the very foundation of our remarkable achievements!

During the new employee training in mid-June, thanks to the generous guidance of 17 instructors, we gained valuable insights and knowledge every single day. I still vividly remember how President Wang Zhenghu, the founder of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., shared with us the message, “Knowledge is Power.” General Manager Lin Yi, while on a business trip, provided online support and answered our questions and clarified doubts for us. Manager Ye Xiaohong from the Marketing Department delivered a session titled “Customer Credit Assessment,” and Director Huang Xuehua from the Office conducted training on “Reception Etiquette” for us—all of which were truly enriching and enlightening experiences.
As advocated by the company’s “369” culture, we must always be grateful. We are grateful to the company for providing us with numerous opportunities for learning and growth as it continues to develop and thrive. A teacher’s role is to impart moral principles, pass on professional skills, and resolve students’ doubts. A single day feels so fleeting—like a white horse flashing by in the blink of an eye. Among all the insights I’ve gained, one stands out most vividly: how to schedule phone calls with clients and establish meaningful connections. To do this effectively, you need to prepare three key things: 1. Write down the conversation content in advance on paper. This helps me speak fluently and clearly, exuding a natural and confident demeanor. 2. Who is the person I’m calling? It’s essential to do your homework beforehand and understand their specific responsibilities within the company. 3. Maintain a calm and composed mindset. It’s perfectly normal for the other party to ask follow-up questions—just remain calm and handle them with equanimity. This is precisely the challenge I’ve been facing lately, but after attending this training, everything suddenly became clear and easy to tackle. I’ve personally experienced the truth behind the saying, “Training is a benefit”—and I feel deeply that my trip was truly worthwhile. It has recharged me with boundless energy as I set off anew into this new chapter of my career.
