01 [Visiting Experience Section]
To help colleagues from other regions better understand Foshan, 24 colleagues from all over the country gathered in advance to visit Foshan’s renowned scenic spot—the Xiqiao Mountain Scenic Area—and experience the unique Lingnan culture of lion dances and morning tea.
In the afternoon, we took the trainees on a tour of the logistics center, the Zero One Technology Park, and the office areas of various headquarters departments, giving them an in-depth understanding of the company’s daily operations management and working environment at its headquarters.

03 Theoretical Knowledge Section
President Wang Zhenghu of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics (hereinafter referred to as “President Wang”) personally attended the event and delivered a lecture titled “Knowledge Is Power” to the participants. As President Wang shared his own personal experiences, some attendees expressed admiration for his profound understanding of “knowledge—insight—action” and the spirit of altruism; others were amazed by his courageous decision to embark on entrepreneurship back then. The participants seemed to be right there with him, becoming his shadow as they followed him through the remarkable journey of the past 26 years—how he steadily and painstakingly made his way forward step by step until today. The lecture was truly enlightening, leaving the participants with a sudden clarity and deep insight.

Lin Yi, Director and General Manager of Zero One Industrial (hereinafter referred to as “Mr. Lin”), shared the company’s early entrepreneurial journey through engaging, story-driven anecdotes filled with humor and laughter. At the same time, he expressed two key expectations for the participants: First, they should proactively and enthusiastically learn from others’ strengths; second, they should always closely align their personal goals with the company’s corporate culture. Drawing on his own many years of growth within the company, Mr. Lin advised everyone to make simultaneous progress in three key areas—products, industry, and customers—in order to truly thrive and excel in the market. Finally, he emphasized that we should treat our suppliers with the warmth of spring sunshine, greet our customers with the enthusiasm of summer rain, approach ourselves with the crispness of autumn winds sweeping away fallen leaves, and confront our adversaries with the harshness of deep winter. Overall, the entire session proved immensely beneficial and enlightening for all attendees.

Combining on-site simulation exercises, the course encourages active participation, enabling participants to grasp the importance of keenly observing details, thinking independently, and daring to break free from conventional ways of thinking.
Manager Luo Huifeng from the Finance Department delivered a course titled “Business Processes, Basic Financial Knowledge, and Fraud Prevention” that used a humorous teaching approach to help participants grasp key financial concepts. Participants also shared real-life fraud cases from their own experiences, enhancing everyone’s ability to recognize and prevent scams.
Feng Mingjun, Head of the Marketing Department, presented “Management System for Sales Personnel and Basic Applications of CRM,” while Manager Ye Xiaohong delivered a session titled “Customer Credit Assessment.” Both sessions featured rich, vivid case studies and timely interactive elements, helping participants better grasp key knowledge points.
