The Zhengyi Automation Training Center continuously refines its course content based on the technical complexity of OEM equipment manufacturers and the functional requirements of engineer positions. The teaching approach is project-oriented, combining theoretical instruction with hands-on practice. A wealth of experimental equipment is provided to enable each trainee to gain a deeper understanding of the control principles and software programming and debugging techniques underlying various automation products through practical exercises. Drawing on the real-world project experience and diverse debugging challenges faced by the technical team behind the scenes, the center has accumulated extensive programming expertise and problem-solving strategies, helping trainees avoid common pitfalls, accelerate their skill development, and apply their knowledge flexibly within their own organizations. The course content primarily covers the fundamental theory and programming applications of Siemens’ S7-200 SMART, V90, and G120 series—comprehensive small-scale automation products—as well as advanced debugging techniques. Teaching methods include regular on-site training courses and customized corporate training programs. Additionally, the center offers an advanced TIA Totally Integrated Automation training program jointly conducted with Siemens Training Centers.
