With hundreds of boats racing forward, those who row vigorously will take the lead—Zhengda Machinery & Electronics’ second-phase new employee onboarding training for 2023 has concluded successfully.
At the very beginning of all things, there is abundance yet not fullness. From May 26 to 29, the new round of employee training for Zhengda Machinery & Electronics kicked off between the solar terms "Xiaoman" and "Mangzhong." Forty-nine fresh faces from branch companies across the country, each harboring the dream of advancing side by side with Zhengda, gathered at Zero One Science and Technology Park—the headquarters in Foshan—ready to embark on a new chapter with vibrant energy and enthusiasm.

Foshan Cultural Experience and Headquarters Visit
At the first stop of the training program, the 28 trainees from various regions across China visited Xiqiao Mountain Scenic Area—a national 5A-level tourist attraction. With its distinctive religious culture and exquisite performances of Huang Feihong martial arts and lion dances, the site enabled the trainees to fully experience Foshan’s unique and charming Lingnan traditional culture. Meanwhile, the trainees also savored the region’s signature dim sum delicacies; the diverse and abundant menu allowed them to deeply appreciate the unique cultural essence of Guangdong’s morning tea tradition.
Immediately afterward, under the guidance of dedicated staff, the trainees collectively visited the logistics center, the Zero One Technology Park, and the office areas of various departments, gaining a profound appreciation for the company’s robust development strength.
