Firm in Our Beliefs, Boldly Moving Forward—Zhengda Machinery & Electronics’ 2023 Mid-Year Summary Meeting for the Finance and Audit Departments
Pay tribute to the journey we’ve taken; now is the time for us to strive forward. Before we know it, half of 2023 has already passed. From June 10 to June 11, the Finance Department and the Audit Department held their mid-year meeting in Conghua, Guangzhou—a place renowned for its beautiful surroundings. The meeting’s main agenda revolved around “summarizing the first half of 2023’s work and outlining the tasks for the second half of 2023.”

Meeting Section
At the finance department meeting, Manager Zhao Qinglong first analyzed Dongguan Dasheng’s lithium battery industry business, compiling data on the strengths and weaknesses of various industry clients. He then conducted a detailed analysis of outstanding industry clients and put forward new requirements for overdue receivables and overstocked inventory, hoping to effectively prevent and reduce risks.

Finally, Director Chen Songwen, drawing on the development status of financial personnel, formulated a profile of outstanding talent for the company’s finance team. This allows employees at all levels to identify their gaps relative to the ideal profile and develop targeted improvement plans, with regular follow-ups and reviews.

At the Audit Department meeting, Manager Pan Shaohong summarized and analyzed the audit work conducted in the first half of the year. Based on the findings from the first half, she provided a detailed plan and outlook for the second-half tasks. Additionally, the meeting saw discussions on several key issues in our work, culminating in the adoption of relevant resolutions. Following that, team members engaged in activities of mutual criticism and self-criticism, enabling everyone to gain a clearer understanding of their own strengths and weaknesses and motivating them to strive for continuous improvement!

Team Building Section
To help employees relax both mentally and physically, after the meeting concluded, under the leadership of Manager Zhou Zhenyin, an engaging team-building activity was held. Everyone enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing time together amid laughter and cheerful conversation.
