From September 8 to September 9, 2023, the Yinmengda Partner Conference was held as scheduled in Tianjin. This marked Yinmengda’s first-ever all-staff meeting—a moment of historic significance that underscored the company’s glorious milestone. The venue was filled with distinguished guests and a sea of attendees. The theme of this conference was “Eternal Glory: Reshaping the Brand, Moving Forward Together.”
From September 8 to September 9, 2023, the Yinmengda Partner Conference was held as scheduled in Tianjin. The venue was packed with distinguished guests and a sea of attendees. The theme of this conference was “Eternal Glory: Reshaping the Brand, Moving Forward Together.”
Lian Canhuan and Wang Yijian, Directors and Deputy General Managers of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd.; Wu Yuhui, General Manager of Wuxi Lingdian Industrial Technology Co., Ltd.; Lei Shengchu, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd.; Li Jiajin, Deputy General Manager of Guangdong Zhengyi Sheng Industrial Technology Co., Ltd.; Ou Wen, Deputy General Manager of Chongqing Zhengyi Ming Technology Co., Ltd.; as well as business representatives from Changsha Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., Jinan Lingjun Automation Technology Co., Ltd., and Jiangxi Lingyi Electrical Technology Co., Ltd.—a total of 11 people—were invited to attend the conference.
Chapter One: Conference Venue—Working Together and Going All Out
First, Cui Yan, CEO of Inmunda China, delivered the opening speech, thoroughly addressing and clarifying several issues of great concern to everyone. Throughout the meeting, General Manager Cui was eloquent and engaging, delivering one insightful remark after another and keeping the audience highly inspired.

Following that, Liu Jiannan, Director of the Partner Management Department at Inmunda China, provided an overview of the partners, including their positioning, regional coverage, and industry reach, as well as insights into win-win cooperation opportunities.

Subsequently, Hou Yiwei, General Manager of Inmunda’s Low-Voltage Motor Division, delivered a keynote speech on the topic of professional team service to the market, and introduced new initiatives such as updated policies and an enhanced channel management system.

The long-awaited and exciting product launch event has finally arrived! Under the grand introduction by Zhang Zhanhong from the R&D Department, the much-anticipated “new IE5 international-level energy-efficient motor series 1LE8005” has made its dazzling debut—a product that is truly exhilarating for all our partners! Primarily developed for the Chinese market, this product is suitable for both general-purpose applications and demanding environments. It boasts exceptional energy efficiency and outstanding reliability, perfectly meeting the high-efficiency demands of motors across various industries. It can be applied to a wide range of equipment, including fans, pumps, compressors, extruders, as well as in sectors such as water treatment, building management, paper manufacturing, mining, and more. Moreover, we can provide customized solutions tailored to specific customer requirements.

Next, Yan Yajuan, General Manager of the Medium-Voltage Inverter and High-Voltage Motor Division of Yinmengda China, will provide a detailed introduction to breakthroughs in product applications, the team’s organizational structure, and partner management policies.

Next, Mr. Wang Zheng from the Reducer Division presented an overview of the SIMOGEAR product’s market situation, its application industries, and new products. Additionally, Mr. Zhu Kan from the Customer Service Department shared a profile of the service organization and provided insightful guidance on how to identify service business opportunities.

The management teams of the major sales regions also delivered several insightful presentations. They included Hou Yiwei, General Manager of Sales for the Northern Region; Li Zhigang, General Manager of Sales for the Southern Region; and Jin Yibin, General Manager of Sales for the East China Region. The three general managers provided introductions on topics such as personnel structure and job responsibilities.
