With a solid foundation as our stepping stone, we’ll forge ahead bravely into the future! From October 4th to 7th, while other colleagues were still enjoying their leisure time during the National Day holiday, more than 40 participants of the company’s third-level talent development program, along with mentors including President Wang Zhenghu and General Manager Lin Yi, had already gotten busy! They gathered at the Foshan headquarters for training, collaboratively carried out and successfully completed their graduation activities!

Training Section
This training session marks the final session of the first Reserve Manager Class. It consists of two courses: “NLP Coaching Techniques” and “Corporate Culture Explanation and Team Culture Development.” Both courses are taught by Lin Yi, Director and General Manager of Zero One Industry.
NLP Coaching Techniques Course Training
From 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the 4th, General Lin delivered a lecture to the core members of the company’s reserve management trainee program.
First, Manager Lin used the case of shooting champion Guo Wenjun to introduce the topic to the trainees. “Use language to transform your physical and mental state.” The core of the course lies in this. Next, Mr. Lin, drawing on the company’s actual situation as well as his own experiences, guided the participants to learn more effective communication skills. Through lively exchanges and discussions, the participants gained a deeper understanding of “NLP coaching techniques.” The purpose of this course is to enable participants to better motivate their subordinates and fully harness their talents when developing and mentoring them.
Corporate Culture Interpretation and Team Culture Development Training Course
We’ll continue “fighting” from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
During the class “Interpreting Corporate Culture and Building Team Culture,” General Manager Lin emphasized to the participants: Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise. Moreover, General Lin analyzed the building of team culture from various perspectives and encouraged the participants to engage in discussions, sparking even more creative ideas. After completing the course, participants’ sense of belonging and pride in the company were enhanced, and their cohesion was strengthened.
Although the daytime training has come to an end, the evening hours are equally valuable. The trainees in the Reserve Manager Program engaged in lively discussions centered around that day’s lessons and achieved many insightful results.
Meanwhile, the students of the Company’s Gezhi Class and Senior Manager Class have also begun their final project presentations. Under the guidance and sharing of our heavyweight mentors—General Manager Lin, General Manager Lian, General Manager Peng, and General Manager Lei—some of the students have successfully completed their presentations.

Graduation Report & Awards Ceremony
At 8:00 a.m. on October 5, all participants and mentors of the Tier-3 Talent Development Program gathered in the fourth-floor conference room to present their impressive graduation reports.
More than 40 trainees took turns taking the stage to deliver reports, showcasing to their mentors and fellow trainees the skills they’ve acquired over the past two and a half years of classroom learning, as well as their abilities in communicating with classmates. They also shared personal challenges they’ve encountered and explained how they’ve applied course content to problem-solving. Based on each trainee’s individual progress, the mentors provided personalized guidance and pointed out specific areas for improvement.
During this period, President Wang personally visited the venue on multiple occasions. He emphasized that the trainees should fully absorb the essence of the employee handbook and put the 36 Core Values into practice in both their work and daily lives, thereby broadening their horizons and elevating their perspectives to provide customers with even more professional service!
The concluding report session continued until 10:00 p.m., during which all more than 40 participants of the Tier-3 talent development program had completed their presentations. Throughout the reporting period, not only did the participants express that they had gained valuable insights, but the mentors themselves were also inspired by the participants’ presentations.

On October 6, Deputy Manager Liu Hongxia conducted a project review and work summary, stating that the training plan would be improved based on the company’s actual conditions. Following that, the mentor team selected outstanding trainees, outstanding presenters, and outstanding class leaders based on the trainees’ overall performance in previous training sessions, their degree of absorption of course content in daily work, and their performance during presentation sessions.

After the award ceremony concluded at 10:00, all participating students and mentors headed to the Dongguan Deep Dive Rowing Club to take part in a rowing event, which tested the students’ teamwork skills and highlighted the importance of each position’s contribution to the team’s success. Following the rowing activity, mentors and students jointly attended the closing dinner.
Corporate Culture Exchange Section
On October 7, mentors and trainees held the “United in Heart and Mind—Overcoming Difficult Times Together: Corporate Culture Exchange Meeting” at the Guanlan Lake Resort Hotel in Dongguan, where they engaged in a lively discussion about the company’s corporate culture.
President Wang Zhenghu, General Manager Lin Yi, and several other company leaders shared with the trainees how to properly apply diligence and humility in their daily work. Drawing on their own personal experiences, they delivered a vivid and engaging theoretical lesson! At the end of the session, President Wang Zhenghu answered the trainees’ questions about challenges they’ve encountered at work and provided an in-depth interpretation of classic passages from “The Way of Living II.”
Finally, Mr. Lin, on behalf of the mentors, delivered a concluding speech, expressing the mentors’ earnest hopes for the participants. He encouraged them all to put the knowledge they’ve gained from the course into practice and contribute to the company’s bright future.

Looking back over the past two and a half years, the three-tier talent development program has offered a total of 15 courses and invested over 3 million yuan. Despite the current economic environment being less than optimistic, the company has still insisted on sending participants out to broaden their horizons and organize exchange and learning sessions in beautifully scenic locations. This approach has greatly inspired the participants, enabling them to face challenges with greater confidence, determination, and motivation! From this, it’s clear that the company places equal emphasis on both cultivating employees’ professional skills and shaping their character.
With this, the graduation ceremony for the three-tier talent development program has come to a successful close. While this marks the end of one chapter, it also signals the beginning of a new one—our journey of striving will never cease. At this fresh starting point and on this new journey, let’s set off once again together, racing toward the future and building our dreams!
