On the first day, Teacher Qin Qin used the framework of “Mindset—Behavior—Results” to help participants understand the mutually influential relationship among these three elements. She explained that cultivating and changing habits is a more effective and easier way to achieve success at work, and then introduced the “Seven Habits” for becoming a “Highly Effective Person.”
In the morning, the teacher cited several examples from daily work and life that illustrate passive and negative behaviors, reminding the trainees that between stimulus and response, everyone has room for choice and freedom—and that they should establish and cultivate this mindset. “Proactive and positive” the habit of doing so, thereby keeping yourself away from passive and negative situations.

The next day, Teacher Qin Qin will... Win-Win Thinking With Know the other, understand yourself. The integration of these two habits illustrates that, to gain everyone’s recognition, you must first improve yourself, then understand others, next seek common ground, and finally achieve a win-win outcome.
During this period, the instructor helped participants master the DISC personality assessment tool, enabling them to compare and categorize individuals based on their behavioral traits. As a result, participants gained a more systematic understanding of themselves, their supervisors, their colleagues, and their subordinates. Based on the analysis results, they discussed and identified effective communication techniques and key considerations for interacting with individuals of different personality types, thereby achieving the goals of effective communication and high-performance collaboration.
Habit Six Synergy through integration. The instructor asked the participants to engage in team exercises, using a vivid and engaging comparison between individual and team performance to illustrate the qualities that a perfect team should possess: leveraging strengths while minimizing weaknesses. Learning to harness the unique strengths of different roles within the team to achieve a “1+1>2” effect is an essential skill for any outstanding manager.
The last habit is also a return to the first habit— “Constantly updated” Just as the company values its 36 corporate culture principles—“self-reflection” and “humility”—we must continually reflect on our own shortcomings and adapt ourselves to today’s social and professional environment. By embracing the seventh habit and repeatedly cycling through the other six habits, we can become high-performing individuals who not only align with the company’s development but also actively drive its growth!

(On-site discussion and exchange among participants)
We believe that through this learning experience, participants will be able to continuously put theory into practice at work, turning it into personal good habits and thereby helping both themselves and the company achieve enhanced efficiency and outstanding performance!
