    On November 21, 2023, Tan Taowen, General Manager of OEM and Business Partner Business at the Digital Industries Group of Siemens (China) Co., Ltd.; Xia Lu, Business Development Manager for Distributors and System Integration at the Industrial Customer Service Division; and Huang Shixun, Service Sales Specialist at the Industrial Customer Service Division, along with a delegation, visited Chengdu Nengda to exchange ideas and provide guidance.

    On November 21, 2023, Tan Taowen, General Manager of OEM and Business Partner Operations at the Digital Industries Group of Siemens (China) Co., Ltd.; Xia Lu, Business Development Manager for Distributors and System Integration at the Industrial Customer Service Division; and Huang Shixun, Service Sales Specialist at the Industrial Customer Service Division, along with their delegation, visited Chengdu Nengda for exchanges and guidance. Wang Yijian, Director and Deputy General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Chengdu Nengda, warmly welcomed the delegation, leading Chengdu Nengda’s core team members in the reception.

    Before the meeting began, General Manager Tan Taowen and General Manager Wang Yijian exchanged views on market conditions, economic development trends, and domestic and international developments. During this meeting, the two sides discussed five key topics: the performance achieved in the previous fiscal year, the comparison between the planned targets for the previous fiscal year and their actual implementation, the planning and investment for the current fiscal year, the list of key customers and corresponding strategies, as well as the challenges encountered and the support required from the BU. During the discussion, General Manager Tan Taowen put forward the following five important points:

    1. Training Courses—Increase authorization for courses related to 1200 and S200, and promote them using new models and methods for industrial park properties and management committees.

    2. Machine Tool Networking BFC—Focusing on customers in the machining industry, from machine tool networking → data analysis → predictive maintenance;

    3. SIMICAS Zhiwei Bao—Using success stories to analyze the industry and assess your own key accounts in order to identify business opportunities.

    4. I/O Inspection—Providing inspection services for customers, issuing certificates, and supplying spare parts;

    5. The Importance of CS Business—An analysis of the proportion of investment in spare parts, after-sales services, and other related areas across different industries relative to customer profits.

    Finally, General Tan expressed his appreciation for the plans and progress made by ZeroOne Industry and Chengdu Energy Big. He hopes that through mutual support and joint exploration between Siemens and its partners, they can achieve new breakthroughs in the upcoming fiscal year.
