Zeng Xiangqian, Party Secretary and Director of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Chancheng District, has led a team to conduct research at Lingyi Science and Technology Park for three consecutive years.
On the afternoon of March 12, Zeng Xiangqian, Party Secretary and Director of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Chancheng District, along with his delegation, visited Lingyi Science and Technology Park to conduct a field visit and research as part of the Chancheng District’s “Enterprise Warm Spring Initiative” for 2024. Accompanying them were Xiao Peng, Deputy Director of Zhangcha Subdistrict Office; Li Xianli, Member of the Party Group of the District People’s Congress Organ and Deputy Director of the Office; Huang Baizan, Head of the Research Division of the Office of the Standing Committee of the District People’s Congress; Yang Mingchao, Director of the People’s Congress Office of Zhangcha Subdistrict; and Sun Fangjian, Deputy Director of the People’s Congress Office of Zhangcha Subdistrict. Also participating in the meeting and engaging in discussions were Wang Zhenghu, President of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd.; Lei Yuqiang, Director of the Human Resources Department; Zhang Junjing, General Manager of the Investment and Development Department; and Huang Xuehua, Director of the Lingyi Industrial Office. This marks the third consecutive year since 2022 that Director Zeng Xiangqian has led a team to Lingyi Science and Technology Park for research visits. We are deeply grateful for the government’s continued attention and care toward our company.
Before the meeting, the Zhangcha Subdistrict Office congratulated the two companies under Lingyi Industrial—Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. and Foshan Zhengyi Automation Equipment Co., Ltd.—on receiving the honor of “Outstanding Contributor to High-Quality Economic Development in Zhangcha Subdistrict 2023.” The office also presented them with plaques, acknowledged our company’s achievements over the past year, and wished us continued success in the coming year as we jointly look forward to a bright future.

At the research meeting, Director Zeng first expressed heartfelt concern on behalf of the district, town, and street leaders regarding the company’s business performance and challenges, and then engaged in an exchange of views on government support for enterprises. President Wang of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics also extended a warm welcome on behalf of the company to the visiting district leaders, thanking them for their care and support. Subsequently, President Wang shared his insights—drawing on key areas of focus from this year’s Two Sessions—on boosting domestic circulation and reducing logistics costs. He also emphasized that, given the current market conditions, the company is fully prepared to be meticulous and resourceful, and is ready to face difficulties head-on. Furthermore, he suggested that the government organize more regular networking meetings for entrepreneurs, enabling them to learn from and draw inspiration from each other through open communication and collaboration, thus jointly stepping onto new heights and embarking on a fresh journey of development.

At the meeting, district leaders carefully listened to the company’s comments and suggestions and highly praised President Wang and his team for their resilience in the face of difficulties and their proactive efforts to offer advice and recommendations to the nation. At the same time, district leaders expressed their commitment to helping enterprises overcome challenges in their development by providing one-stop services that deliver higher-quality and more efficient support, thereby boosting business confidence and further optimizing the business environment.
