Inheriting and Innovating Together to Build a Path to Excellence | The First Training Session of the Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Successor and Entrepreneurial Talent Development Program Concludes Successfully

To further implement the company’s strategic management principle of “Setting Strategies, Building Teams, and Leading the Workforce” and continuously optimize the development of our talent pipeline, the company has launched a special training program focused on cultivating “successors and entrepreneurial talents.”

From May 10 to 12, the first session of this training program officially kicked off. Twenty-five participants from molecular companies across the country gathered at the company’s headquarters in Foshan, Guangdong, to jointly explore the path to future success. Adhering to the company’s 721 learning principle, this training is divided into two parts: a thematic training session and an outdoor team-building activity.

    [Topic Training Section]

This training session was led by Mr. Wang Zhenghu, President of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics and Chairman of Zero One Industrial. Also sharing their insights were Ms. Lin Yi, General Manager and Director of Zero One Industrial, and Mr. Lian Canhuan, Deputy General Manager and Director of Zero One Industrial. Together, they delivered a spectacular and unforgettable first-class course for the participants.

On the morning of May 11, Teacher Wang drew on his personal experiences to provide an in-depth analysis of the meaning of the “36 Culture.” He guided participants on how to apply what they’ve learned from the 36 Culture effectively and better address challenges encountered in both work and life. He also elaborated on the necessity of broadening one’s perspective, as well as how to do so; emphasized the importance of developing financial literacy; explained how to effectively motivate employees and subordinates; and discussed how to set short-term and long-term goals appropriately—these were all key points he highlighted.

In the afternoon, all participants first engaged in small-group discussions and shared their insights gained from the morning’s learning session. Teacher Wang provided guidance and commentary, helping the participants consolidate their newly acquired knowledge. She also quoted the famous saying of Mr. Kazuo Inamori: “Working passionately when I was young is the luckiest and most right thing I’ve ever done in my life,” profoundly highlighting the tremendous impact that hard work has on personal growth and the realization of one’s values.

Next, Teacher Lin and Teacher Lian each shared their insights:

Teacher Lin shared his experiences in corporate and personal development as well as the brand’s evolution journey. Drawing on many years of work experience, he highlighted the practical implementation standards for diligence, humility, and self-reflection—values deeply embedded in the 36 Culture—that should be embodied in our daily work. It’s not enough simply to know these principles; we must also gain insight into them and put them into action. Teacher Lin emphasized the critical importance and necessity of professional excellence for a company’s long-term growth—a principle that has consistently guided our company’s mission: “Professionalism creates value and meets customer needs.”

Teacher Lian shared his personal growth journey—how he built his current team from scratch, step by step through hard work—and offered insights into how newcomers to the business can grow and align with the company’s current development. He emphasized that staying attuned to market changes and continuously exploring diversified business development models is essential for keeping pace with the times and achieving a virtuous cycle.

Teacher Wang summarized and elevated the discussion, emphasizing that behind every outstanding achiever lies professional competence cultivated through effort no less than that of anyone else. The harder you work, the luckier you’ll be. At the same time, she guided everyone to reflect on their experiences and create personal plans, ensuring they’re fully prepared for tomorrow’s lesson.

On the morning of May 12, Teacher Wang shared his life experiences, emphasizing that only through hard work and striving to become excellent can one truly attain and deserve everything one desires—and attract others around them to proactively engage with them. He also stressed the importance of remaining humble, revisiting the company’s employee handbook and recommended books regularly, and deeply understanding their essence through practical application.

Finally, Teacher Wang answered the questions raised by the participants before the class and encouraged everyone to step up their efforts in developing new customer markets. Only by gaining a comprehensive understanding of customers, suppliers, and other partners can we effectively meet market competition and challenges. It’s crucial to think about issues from a higher-level perspective, stay focused, learn how to manage upward, and make good use of available resources. After Teacher Wang’s patient and insightful answers, the participants suddenly had a breakthrough in their understanding and clearly identified the next steps and goals they should take.

    [Outdoor Team Building Section]

To broaden the participants’ horizons and put into practice the company’s global vision, during the training program, the company specially organized activities such as a nighttime cruise along the Pearl River and a golfing experience. As participants immersed themselves in the beauty of these experiences, they were inspired, enlightened, and empowered to cultivate a broader perspective and higher aspirations for their lives.

Eleven trainees from various organizations gathered at Tianzi Wharf in Guangzhou. As the cruise ship slowly sailed along the sparkling waters of the Pearl River, they marveled at the graceful “Little Waist” and the brilliantly lit commercial buildings lining both banks. While savoring a delicious buffet, the participants engaged in lively exchanges, broadening their horizons and gaining valuable insights into business and management practices—leaving them thoroughly enchanted and reluctant to depart.

Some participants headed to the Dahao Lake Golf Course in Foshan to experience golf. As they swung their clubs, they not only improved their physical fitness but also broadened their horizons, enriched their knowledge, and elevated their perspectives. This experience also helped them learn and embrace the sportsmanship of respect, integrity, self-discipline, and fairness.

Thus, the first training session for the successors of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics and the Entrepreneurial Talent Development Program has come to a successful conclusion. This success would not have been possible without the accumulation of knowledge; learning is the very source of entrepreneurship. This marks a fresh starting point for the transformation of theory into practice—a new chapter that has just begun. Upholding the company’s “721” learning principle, we look forward to each participant achieving the unity of knowledge and action in the future, putting what they’ve learned into practical application, demonstrating outstanding results through concrete actions, and jointly creating a brilliant future!
