Global Vision, Leading the Future | The delegation from ZeroOne Industry’s participation in the Hannover Messe in Germany has come to a successful conclusion.
In late April, at the sincere invitation of our partner—Innomena, a leading company under Siemens—delegations from ZeroOne Industrial participated in a multi-day industrial study and exchange program in Germany. This trip was divided into two separate itineraries: one for the Innomena China delegation and another for the Beide Motor China delegation. Mainly includes participation in the 2024 Hannover Industrial Fair (HANNOVER MESSE) and visits to the three major factories. Observing (the Yinmengda Berlin plant, the Yinmengda Nuremberg plant, and the Yinmengda Vratislav factory in the Czech Republic), among other stages, Li Jiajin, General Manager of Guangdong Zhengyi Sheng, and Li Jikun, Sales Manager of Guangdong Yidian, both attended the event as representatives of Lingyi Industrial.
During this industrial study and exchange trip, what insights and takeaways do they have to share with us? Let’s find out together next!

On April 20-21, the Yinmengda China delegation—comprising senior management from Yinmengda, representatives from its distributors, and customer representatives—first arrived in Hanover, Germany. Industrial Expo The Hannover Messe is an international event that focuses on industrial transformation and sustainable development. This year’s fair attracted around 4,000 exhibitors from 60 countries worldwide, showcasing cutting-edge technologies and products in areas such as efficient and sustainable industrial solutions, Industry 4.0, industrial energy, artificial intelligence, carbon neutrality, hydrogen energy, and fuel cells. During the fair, the number of visitors exceeded 100,000, including many companies from China.

On April 23-24, the Chinese delegation from Inmolda visited Inmolda’s factories in Nuremberg and the Czech Republic. Both the Nuremberg and Frenštát plants warmly welcomed the Chinese delegation and made thorough preparations for their visit. During the tour, relevant officials provided detailed explanations on the factories’ development history, motor production processes, process control, and quality management. As a multinational company with production sites in numerous countries around the world, Inmolda enabled visitors to gain a firsthand understanding of what true automation, digitalization, and intelligent manufacturing really mean.

“Upholding the company’s global perspective and its corporate culture of learning from industry-leading enterprises, I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity provided by the company to visit and learn from INMINDA in Germany and the Czech Republic. At this year’s Hannover Industrial Fair, my greatest takeaway was witnessing a wealth of cutting-edge manufacturing equipment and technological applications—such as intelligent robotic arms, high-precision industrial CT scanning devices, exoskeleton robots and humanoid robots, and adjustable-angle photovoltaic systems. The application of these advanced technologies will make future industrial production more efficient, safer, more sustainable, and increasingly intelligent and automated. They will also drive a new wave of technological innovation and industrial upgrading. Trade shows are an excellent opportunity to stay abreast of industry trends—and especially at a global mega-event like the Hannover Industrial Fair, taking the time to explore, learn, and engage in exchanges will help us gain a clearer understanding of the direction in which our industry is headed.”
— Li Jiajin, General Manager of Guangdong Zhengyi Sheng
[Route 2: Learning Gains of the Baid Motor China Delegation]
In the vibrant month of April, as spring is in full bloom, the global industrial community is turning its attention to Hanover, Germany—a city steeped in history yet brimming with modern dynamism. Here, the annual tech extravaganza—the 2024 Hannover Industrial Fair—is taking place, marking the most significant highlight of our trip. As one of the world’s leading platforms for showcasing industrial technology, the Hannover Industrial Fair is not merely a massive exhibition; it’s also a profound forum for exploring and anticipating future trends in industrial development.
First, the Chinese delegation from Bide Motor gathered in front of Inmolda’s booth, officially kicking off their visit and exchange at this Hannover Messe. During the visit, Inmolda’s CEO, CFO, and other senior executives also came to the site in person to engage in face-to-face interactions and exchanges with us, discussing cooperation opportunities and future development prospects.

At the exhibition, Yinmengda made its "debut" in Hanover, showcasing its entire product lineup—including LVM, HVM, and MVD—through an augmented reality (AR) application. Additionally, thanks to its digital enhancement features, the company is offering users an unprecedented digital and interactive product experience. Meanwhile, a new product—the permanent-magnet motor—also made its debut on-site, further contributing to the goal of "zero carbon."

In the Industry 4.0 exhibition area, we felt as if we were standing right in the blueprint of a factory of the future, personally experiencing the necessity of artificial intelligence and digital transformation for enhancing efficiency.

Leveraging the broad stage of Hannover Messe, the world’s premier industrial event, we not only expand our knowledge but also broaden our horizons and perspectives. Only by embracing change and keeping pace with the times can we avoid being left behind.
In addition to the exhibition, the Chinese delegation from Bide Motor also visited several factories. They first arrived at the Inmolda Berlin factory, located within Siemens City in western Berlin, Germany. The factory primarily manufactures large-scale special motors, with an annual production capacity of approximately 75 sets, mainly used in industries such as nuclear power and mining.

Second, the Chinese delegation from Bide Motor also visited the Innomotics Nuremberg plant. The Nuremberg plant is divided into a medium-voltage factory and a high- and low-voltage factory, and it is located adjacent to Innomotics’ global headquarters, serving customers worldwide.

(Factory Tour)
During the tour, our professional guides provided us with a detailed and enthusiastic introduction to the factory’s basic overview, advanced equipment setup, and production processes. We personally experienced the exquisite craftsmanship and century-old heritage quality of the Yinmengda brand, and deeply felt the brand’s tremendous strength and extraordinary influence.

“This trip to Germany was incredibly rewarding and yielded abundant gains. I’m deeply grateful to the company for giving us, the Zero One team, the opportunity to step beyond our borders and ‘take a look’ at the world. I’m also thankful for Yinmengda’s meticulous planning. Moving forward, we’ll put what we’ve learned and gained into practice in our daily work, continuously delivering even better services and solutions to our clients and meeting their needs with professionalism.”
— Li Jikun, Sales Manager of Guangdong Yidian
Language has borders, but communication knows no boundaries. Through this exchange activity, not only did the Zero One team personally experience the breathtaking allure of thriving industrial development and deepen their understanding of our partners; more importantly, it strengthened communication and interaction with our partners and industry peers, laying a solid foundation for even stronger future collaborations and opening a new chapter of cooperation and mutual success.
While relentless effort is certainly the cornerstone of success, having a suitable and robust platform is often even more critical—this time. Trip to Germany The successful completion of this endeavor was largely made possible by the powerful support and robust backing provided by a platform that boasts exceptional strength and influence. Thanks to this platform, our employees have been given more opportunities to “travel far and wide,” “step outside their comfort zones,” and explore the world—gaining exposure to diverse ways of thinking and innovative practices, engaging in exchanges with more outstanding peers, broadening their horizons, and elevating their perspectives, thus continuously climbing to new heights!
The two representatives mentioned above will also share their insights and learnings from this trip to Germany online in late May. Stay tuned for further updates, and let’s together experience up close the borderless allure of industry!
