From September 11 to 13, 2024, the Hyatt Hotel Hengqin in Zhuhai played host to an exceptionally significant event—the Yinmengda FY24 Fiscal Year Partner Conference. This conference was like a brilliant star shining in the night sky. It not only marked Yinmengda’s final partner conference within the Siemens ecosystem but also signaled the official start of the new fiscal year and its transition into KPS’s management cycle. With the theme “Together in Dreams, Extraordinary Together,” the conference served as a beacon that united hearts and illuminated the boundless possibilities ahead.

Outdoor Team Building—Vibrant Cycling, Filled with Passion
One person rides fast; two people ride far. A uniquely engaging outdoor cycling event—13 kilometers long—was passionately held in the beautiful coastal city of Zhuhai. This event was brimming with energy and challenge. Not only did participants fully demonstrate their extraordinary competitive spirit during the ride, but they also radiated warmth and camaraderie, leaving behind vivid and colorful impressions on the course like brilliant streaks of scenery.

Mr. Cui Yan, CEO of Inmolda China, delivered an opening keynote speech that boosted morale. He provided an in-depth analysis of the current market situation and outlined Inmolda’s future growth targets. As the new fiscal year is about to begin, Inmolda is poised to enter a brand-new management chapter led by KPS. At this pivotal juncture, Inmolda is not only embracing a host of exciting changes but also remaining true to its core values that have never wavered—collectively painting a hopeful blueprint for the company’s future development. The most significant change lies in KPS’s investment strategy, which will accelerate the pace of capital infusion, spurring rapid development of new products and innovation in cutting-edge technologies—far faster than ever before. At the same time, in meeting customer needs, Inmolda will demonstrate even sharper insight, responding swiftly to market dynamics and flexibly adjusting its strategies to ensure that its solutions are more closely aligned with user requirements. All these efforts will serve as powerful drivers propelling Inmolda toward unprecedented growth. Yet amid this wave of transformation, we also see certain unwavering “constants”: whether it’s our products or quality standards, our manufacturing bases or team members, or even the core values embodied by our brand—Inmolda will continue to uphold its consistently high standards. These “constants” are precisely the solid foundation upon which Inmolda Motors has earned widespread trust in global markets. Ms. Dan Yajuan, General Manager of the Medium-Voltage Inverter and High-Voltage Motor Division of Yinmengda China, provided a detailed and professional overview of the current status and future prospects of the medium-voltage inverter and high-voltage motor businesses. She not only gave a comprehensive introduction to the business situation but also expressed strong confidence in achieving double-digit growth targets for the medium-voltage inverter and high-voltage motor (MVHV) business in the new fiscal year.

Mr. Tan Jiarui, General Manager of Yinmengda’s China Low-Voltage Motor Division, provided a detailed analysis of the importance of partner business and the current status of such partnerships, and introduced Yinmengda’s new MBP policy, which is designed to foster collaboration and drive growth. He also clearly stated that in the future, Yinmengda will significantly increase its investment in seven key industries and assign dedicated personnel to deeply cultivate these sectors. This strategy will undoubtedly serve as a major driver of Yinmengda’s rapid growth. In addition, Yinmengda will expand its licensing and staffing presence in white areas, enabling its motors to reach even the most remote rural communities and provide tangible social services. Furthermore, Yinmengda’s product managers were specially invited to preview upcoming new products. We believe these innovative offerings will soon be available to customers, and they will serve as a solid foundation for Yinmengda’s future performance growth. During the conference and subsequent salon meetings, discussions centered on green, low-carbon initiatives and energy efficiency improvements. In response to the “Action Plan for Promoting Large-Scale Equipment Upgrades and Consumer Product Trade-In Programs,” issued by the State Council in March 2024, Yinmengda has actively responded to the national call and established a dedicated task force specifically tasked with advancing the “trade-in” initiative. Yinmengda has also developed a comprehensive “Five-Step Approach for Motor Trade-In,” aimed at helping users complete equipment upgrades more quickly and efficiently while enabling them to reap early benefits from tax incentives and other advantages offered under the relevant policies.
This series of initiatives not only helps drive the growth of Yinmengda’s business but also delivers tangible benefits to users, promoting the achievement of energy-saving and emission-reduction goals. It exemplifies the company’s corporate spirit—while pursuing economic benefits, it never forgets its social responsibility. In this way, Yinmengda has not only made progress on the business front but has also set a commendable example in environmental protection and social contribution.

Panel Discussion and Sharing—Together Painting a New Chapter for the Future
The management of Inmunda’s China Sales Region sincerely invites customer representatives and partners to attend a symposium to jointly share valuable experiences. During this symposium, Li Zhigang, General Manager of Sales for the Southern Region, specially invited Lin Yi, General Manager of Zero One Industry, and Lin Chubo, General Manager of Guangdong Yidian, to share their insightful experiences.
At the meeting, General Manager Lin Yi provided a detailed introduction to Zero One Industry’s uniquely distinctive talent-development mechanism. He emphasized that as a labor-intensive industry, the motor manufacturing sector must continually bring in new human resources to support sustained growth. At the same time, he also expressed Zero One Industry’s firm commitment to further increasing investment in human resources, optimizing regional resource allocation, and dedicating itself to technological innovation. With deep emotion, he stated that motors are not only the core business of all Zero One employees but also the shared cause we are passionately pursuing. It is precisely because of this ongoing commitment and our unwavering dedication to the motor industry that Zero One Yinmengda’s motor business continues to grow steadily and sustainably. After his remarks concluded, the audience erupted into sustained applause, earning unanimous praise and high recognition from everyone present.

General Manager Lin Chubo’s remarks highlighted the critical role of dedicated sales professionals in the business development of Yidian. Currently, dedicated sales personnel account for nearly one-third of the total sales team. He expressed sincere gratitude to Yinmengda for establishing a dedicated sales team and for their joint commitment to cultivating talent in the motor industry. Through Yinmengda’s dedicated sales training program and the Zero-One talent development system, these dedicated sales professionals have found opportunities for survival and growth in the motor industry, consistently achieving outstanding results and significantly enhancing Yinmengda’s competitiveness in the market.
