On September 26, 2020, Foshan Curtis Chuang Automation Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., received an urgent request for assistance from a customer in Nanhai. The customer requested that the commissioning work for a 55-meter-long UV primer coating line project at the Wangli Western Industrial Park in Pengxi County, Suining City, Sichuan Province, be completed by October 8. This project is a government-initiated investment attraction initiative. After the National Day holiday, the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) will be installed on site; however, before the system is brought in, it is imperative that the existing equipment be operating normally.
To meet the schedule requirements set by the Suining government and our clients, under the guidance of Zero One Industrial’s leadership, Curtis Chuang’s General Manager Dong Shiyi remained firmly customer-oriented, promptly addressing customers’ urgent needs. As a result, he decided to dispatch engineer Shao Weijun urgently to the client’s construction site in Sichuan on the 27th. To ensure the smooth completion of the project, Shao Weijun made every effort to overcome numerous challenges—including days of continuous cold weather and rain, the remote location of the construction site far from the city center, and differences in local dietary habits. He resolutely gave up his National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays to spend time with his family, working diligently and steadfastly at the project site, meticulously debugging equipment programs, identifying problems, adjusting solutions, and then re-debugging—again and again.
