    Celebrating “March 8”: I Exercise, I Stay Healthy—Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. Successfully Held Its “March 8” Women’s Day Celebration Event at Lingyi Science and Technology Park.

    In the vibrant month of March, we once again celebrate the annual “March 8” International Women’s Day. On March 5, female employees from Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd. and female employee representatives from enterprises in the park gathered at Zero One Science and Technology Park—a park that aspires to be “internationally first-class and domestically leading”—to mark the annual International Women’s Day. To further inspire female employees’ dedication to their work, their spirit of continuous improvement, and to fully leverage their pivotal role as “half the sky,” Zero One Science and Technology Park, in collaboration with its property management company (Beijing Cushman & Wakefield Property Management Co., Ltd. Foshan Branch), jointly organized a special themed event titled “Celebrate March 8: I Exercise, I Stay Healthy.” The event featured competitive activities such as table tennis and basketball shooting, with generous cash prizes and small gifts for participants. A buffet hot pot was also specially arranged for lunch at the park’s restaurant. Through a variety of engaging activities—including sports, entertainment, and social interaction—this special day dedicated to female employees became an occasion for leisure, relaxation, and romance, allowing them to freely express their thoughts and emotions.

    On February 14, 2016 (the seventh day of the first lunar month), all employees of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd. officially returned to work. At 8:00 a.m., all employees from the (Group) company and its subsidiaries gathered at the main entrance of Zero One Science and Technology Park to receive “kai gong li si” (lucky money for the start of the year) and watch a lion dance performance.

To carry forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation and further promote the fine social ethos of respecting, cherishing, and assisting the elderly, on October 22, 2015—the very day of the Double Ninth Festival—led by Mak Chun-ming, Assistant General Manager of the Siemens Motor Division at Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd., and Zheng Zhi-hui, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch of Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical, a group of 16 employees from Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical visited the Zhangcha Nursing Home in Chancheng District to deliver festive greetings and show their care during the Double Ninth Festival.

    2015 Outstanding Employee Overseas Trip—Our Thailand Journey

    May has been quite turbulent. Both good news and troubles have come flooding in all at once, consuming most of my energy. It’s been several days since I returned from Thailand, yet I still haven’t managed to settle down and jot down notes about this trip. I promised Sister Hua that I’d write a travelogue about Bangkok, but I’ve been putting it off for far too long, leaving me with a lingering sense of guilt. Fortunately, it seems like things are gradually coming to a close, and life—and work—will just have to keep going despite everything...

    With unity of purpose, even Mount Tai can be moved—Foshan Zhengyi Automation Co., Ltd. Outdoor Team Building for the First Quarter of 2015

    To further enhance the discipline and execution capabilities of all employees at Foshan Zhengyi Automation Co., Ltd., on May 9, 2015, Zhengyi Automation held a targeted team-building activity at Yingxiang Ecological Park in Gaoming. All company staff were divided into three teams: “Superpower Team,” “Flying Eagle Team,” and “Bird of Prey Team.” Led by their respective team captains, the members enthusiastically shouted out their team names, mottos, and declarations. Braving the scorching heat and heavy rain, they embarked on a day-long, challenging team-building exercise. The entire training consisted of four main activities: an auction, Challenge 150 (passing bottles with one hand while delivering passionate applause), Bead Passage Across Thousands of Miles, and the Da Vinci Code—all of which required participants to demonstrate skills in reflection, organization, memory, adaptability, and teamwork, as well as the ability to connect past and future experiences and broaden their thinking. During the challenges, whenever the team faced initial failure, both the team captain and team members had to overcome psychological pressure, focus intensely, and make another determined attempt. When they finally succeeded, everyone was so thrilled that they jumped for joy.

    A 50-kilometer hike accompanied by breathtaking beauty—our company participated in the 2015 Foshan 50-Kilometer Charity Hike.

    On April 25, 2015, the “2015 Moving Forward—50-Kilometer Walk for Beautiful Foshan” event kicked off joyfully at Qiandeng Lake in Nanhai. Over 40,000 citizens measured the city’s transformation with their footsteps and experienced its remarkable evolution. More than 40 employees from Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd. took part in this event.

    Second New Employee Training Session of 2015

    To help new employees quickly and thoroughly understand the company’s corporate culture and management processes, Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd. conducted a five-day, four-night training program for new hires from April 8 to April 12. A total of 25 new employees from across the country participated in this training. This training marks the 14th new-hire training session organized by the Group since 2011. On the evening of April 8, the Human Resources Department held the opening ceremony for the training, and the formal training began on April 9.
