On September 5, 2013, Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd. was invited to attend the “2013 Guangdong 630 Charity Recognition Event & Mid-Autumn Festival & National Day Gala,” jointly organized by the Zhangcha Chamber of Commerce of Chancheng District, Foshan City, the Foshan Garment Association, and the Foshan Women’s Friendship Association. The event was held grandly in the Banquet Hall on the sixth floor of the Heng’an Swiss Hotel in Foshan City. Attending the event were Secretary Li Jun of Zhangcha Subdistrict, representatives from the Zhangcha Chamber of Commerce, the High-Tech Zone Chamber of Commerce, and caring entrepreneurs.

The Lingyi Industrial Park project is a plot—plot 012—located in Zone C of the European Industrial Park at the intersection of Langbao West Road and Xingye Road in Zhangcha, which was acquired by Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. in August 2012 through the land auction and tender process organized by the Chancheng District Bureau of Land and Resources. Currently, the design and approval procedures for this plot have been largely completed, and the project has entered the stage of foundation excavation work. Zone C of the European Industrial Park is a key initiative being developed by Chancheng District in Foshan City.

    Looking globally and forging high-quality products—Company leaders have successively visited the Guangzhou Energy Conservation Science and Technology Park and the Vanke Center project in Shenzhen.

    On July 30, 2013, at the invitation of the leadership of Guangzhou Energy-Saving Science and Technology Park Co., Ltd., a delegation of six people—including Wang Zhenghu, President of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd.; Lei Yuqiang, Assistant to the President of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd.; and Chen Jingfeng, Deputy General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd.—visited the Guangzhou Energy-Saving Science and Technology Park. Mr. Huang Shuo, Director of the Guangzhou Energy-Saving Science and Technology Park, welcomed our company’s leaders and provided a detailed introduction to the park’s development history during the subsequent exchange meeting. Director Huang noted that Comrade Hu Jintao had visited the park in 2011 and expressed his hope that the park would continue to improve its services and encourage more innovative enterprises—especially small and medium-sized enterprises—to thrive.

    Looking to the world and expanding overseas—Lingyi Industrial sent representatives to participate in a business mission to Brazil.

    From May 19 to 30, 2013, Lin Yi, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., and Lin Yongyuan, Deputy General Manager of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd., successfully completed a business mission to Brazil organized by the Foshan Machinery and Equipment Industry Association. This event was led by the Foshan Municipal Government and hosted by the Foshan Machinery and Equipment Industry Association, with a total of 27 entrepreneur representatives from Foshan’s machinery and equipment industry participating. After more than 30 hours of air travel, the delegation members crossed the Indian Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean before arriving in São Paulo, Brazil. On the third day, the delegation members attended an event at the São Paulo Exhibition Center.

    Warmest congratulations on the official commencement of construction of the “Zero One Industrial Park”!

    On June 10, 2013, the “Lingyi Industrial Park,” located in Zone C of the Foshan European Industrial Park headquarters, officially broke ground. The project is being developed and operated in the later stages by Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd. Upon completion, the “Lingyi Industrial Park” will be launched together with five major industrial projects—including the Foshan New Media Industrial Park, Lihai International Hotel, Foshan Bao Ri Automotive Comprehensive Service Industrial Park, and Foshan Dian Diagnostic Medical Testing Institute—in the Zhangcha area of Chancheng District.
