    Planning and Strategizing, Empowering the Future—Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. Holds the “Guangdong Zero One Company Strategic Planning Preparatory Meeting”

    On August 26, the “Preparatory Meeting for the Strategic Planning of Guangdong Lingyi Company” was grandly held at the Sanzheng Banshan Hotel in Dongguan. Attending the meeting were 15 participants, including Chairman Mai Dazhang and President Wang Zhenghu from Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd., General Manager Lin Yi from Guangdong Lingyi Company, Assistant to the President Lei Yuqiang from Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd., as well as key leaders from various functional departments, supporting units, Zhengda Group, Xinshang, and other senior executives of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. This meeting served as a preparatory session aimed at discussing and formulating the three-year business strategy for Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. The meeting was chaired by Gao Feng, CFO of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. Through case studies, Director Gao provided a detailed introduction to the main processes involved in enterprise strategic planning, as well as the critical factors throughout these processes. In addition, some unit leaders, including General Manager Du Haiyu from Xinshang Company, conducted thorough analyses of the economic conditions and current industry status in their respective regions and industries, using tools such as SWOT analysis and strategic maps. The participants reached a consensus on the framework, procedures, and key contents of the strategic planning for Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., and set the date for the official “Guangdong Lingyi Company Strategic Planning Conference” as September 21–23. During the meeting, President Wang Zhenghu emphasized that Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. will remain firmly committed to the development direction in the industrial machinery and electronics sector. At the same time, President Wang expressed strong confidence in the operational status of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. and in achieving its future strategic goal of 2 billion yuan.     Sunshine Saves Hearts, Happiness Walks Together —— Annual Report and Charity Gala of the 9th Service Team of Guangdong Provincial Red Cross Entrepreneur Members

    On August 26, 2012, Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd. was invited to attend the annual summary and report meeting of the Guangdong Red Cross Society’s Entrepreneurial Members’ Corps. The event, which also served as the anniversary celebration and charity gala for the Ninth Service Team of the Guangdong Red Cross Society’s Entrepreneurial Members’ Service Corps, brought together over 1,000 participants, including representatives from more than 300 enterprises, caring members of the public, and volunteers. Mr. Tang Yunliang, our company’s Human Resources Manager, and I personally attended the gala, which was held at the Marriott Ballroom on the fourth floor of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Foshan. During the charity gala and report meeting of the Guangdong Red Cross Society’s Entrepreneurial Members’ Corps, the work of the Ninth Service Team over the past year was summarized and reviewed. In total, the team received donations from 366 individuals, amounting to 4.046 million yuan. These funds were successfully used to treat over 100 cases of congenital heart disease—each successful treatment has effectively relieved the burden on more than 100 families, vividly demonstrating how benefactors from all sectors in Foshan have spread the power of love through the Ninth Service Team. The charity auction held during the gala was the highlight of the event. Guests enthusiastically raised their bidding cards to participate in the auction of art pieces, ultimately raising an impressive 4.452 million yuan in charitable donations! The auction continued until 10:30 p.m., and among the more than 1,000 guests and volunteers present, almost no one left early, fully reflecting the kindness and strong support that the people of Foshan have shown toward public welfare causes. Attending this heartwarming gala deeply moved me, and I was particularly touched by the strong support that our company’s leadership has consistently given to public welfare initiatives. During the auction, Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd. won a remarkable artwork titled “Keeping Pace with the Times” in the third round of bidding! Our company’s commitment to public welfare is precisely an embodiment of our corporate culture—a spirit of giving back to society.

    Teamwork and Embracing Change—Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. 2012 First-Half Financial Work Summary Meeting

    On August 18-19, the 2012 First-Half Financial Work Summary Meeting of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electric Co., Ltd. was held in Conference Room No. 2 on “Huazhou Island” in Shunde. Surrounded by water and far from the hustle and bustle of the city, Huazhou Island boasts a picturesque landscape filled with birdsong and fragrant flowers, creating a serene and idyllic atmosphere that makes one feel as if they’ve stepped into a “fairyland beyond the mortal world.” At 2:00 p.m. on the 18th, the meeting officially began, chaired by Li Junli, Deputy Manager of Finance at the Supporting Company. Attending the meeting were Gao Feng, CFO of Zhengda Machinery & Electric Co., Ltd., along with a total of 36 financial personnel from the Guangdong region under Zhengda Machinery & Electric Co., Ltd. Ni Xuefeng, CFO of the Supporting Company, delivered a comprehensive and insightful analysis and summary of the company’s financial performance in the first half of the year. While the finance department achieved certain successes in the first half, it also exposed several issues. In response to these challenges, Director Ni laid out detailed plans for the second-half financial work. During the meeting, we were honored to have Lin Yi, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Company, join the discussion on related topics. Drawing on the current sluggish economic environment, General Manager Lin shared with the participants the company’s development strategy for the next five years—a grand and ambitious plan that greatly boosted the confidence and morale of all attendees, bringing the first day’s session to a thrilling climax. At 9:00 a.m. on the 19th, Gao Feng, Group CFO, delivered a keynote speech titled “Teamwork and Embracing Change,” offering an in-depth analysis of the current challenges facing financial work and proposing specific plans for the second half of 2012 to address these issues. Participants actively engaged in discussions following the speeches by the leaders, gaining a deeper understanding of how future financial efforts could support the company’s strategic development. They also engaged in candid self-criticism and constructive criticism of existing problems. The entire meeting was both intense and well-organized. Through this gathering, everyone reached a consensus and gained a deeper appreciation for the importance of teamwork. The meeting concluded successfully.
